Haasts Bluff Ikuntji

Ikuntji or Haasts Bluff as it is known, is home to mainly Lurija and Pintupi people of the central western desert.  Ikuntji is situated within the spectacular West MacDonnell Ranges which run to the east and west of Alice Springs in the Northern Territory. 

The artists draw their inspiration from their personal ngurra (country) and Tjukurrpa (Dreaming).  The Ikuntji artist have a diverse and unique style.

The Ikuntji Art centre was established 21 years ago and flourished and grown to have an international reputation for highly collectable Aboriginal art.  Today, Ikuntji Art centre has eight key are artists who exhibit in Australia and internationally and are represented in major collections across the globe.
