Shipping and Refund policy


We offer domestic and international shipping.  Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase.  We use Australia Post and TNT for domestic shipping and DHL for international shipping.

Parcels sent within Australia are sent with Australia Post eParcel and take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive. If your parcel has not arrived within 7-10 working days, please contact us and we will gladly follow up the order with Australia Post. A tracking number will be emailed to you at the time of parcel dispatch.

All international post is sent first class Air Mail and usually takes 7-15 business days depending on region.  A tracking number will be emailed to you at the time of parcel dispatch.

Please allow extra time during peak holiday periods.

Live in Canberra?  You are welcome to pick up your purchase for free.  Just select Local Pickup when you purchase.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Art Mark Gallery offers customers a 7-day return period on artworks from the date of delivery of the artwork should you change your mind once you see the artwork in person.

We want you to absolutely love your artwork, if for some reason it is not giving you the right vibes, just email us within 7-days and request to return the art.

  • When returning an artwork please repackage as it was received to protect the artwork in transit.
  • The cost of return shipping will be covered by the purchaser.
  • If the art is returned in any condition less than when it was sent originally, the purchaser will have the cost subtracted from their refund.
  • Returns are not available for items damaged in shipment. These will be covered as part of the insurance attached to the delivery and the purchaser will be covered for any damaged art bought from the Art Mark Gallery’s website.
